This cancellation guide is for users who hold a CPD + PII subscription. If you have a CPD only, Learning, Portfolio Plus or other subscription, please follow this guide for cancellation.
On the website:
- Login to your Ausmed account
- Click on your initials or profile picture
- Click the green "Your Subscription is active"
- Click "Cancel my subscription"
- Review subscription benefits and click "Continue"
- Next, select a reason for cancelling (Note: This is important because the answer you give effects your run-off cover include in your policy). Click "Continue with Cancellation"
- Review information about your coverage and click "Continue with Cancellation"
- Fill out the cancellation survey and click "Continue with Cancellation"
- Finally, check the box to acknowledge your cancellation and click "Process cancellation"
- If you see this screen, your cancellation was successful
- You can review when your subscription and insurance coverage will lapse on the subscription page
Your subscription ends at your next billing date. You will not be charged again. If you need your insurance coverage to end immediately, please email us at support@ausmed.com.au or call 1300 AUSMED.
