Cancel my insurance policy

On the website:

1. Login to your Ausmed account
2. Click on your initials or profile picture

3. Click the green "Your Subscription is active"
   1. 
4. Click "Cancel my subscription"
   1. 
5. Review subscription benefits and click "Continue"
   1. 
6. Next, select a reason for cancelling (Note: This is important because the answer you give effects your run-off cover include in your policy). Click "Continue with Cancellation"

7. Review information about your coverage and click "Continue with Cancellation"
   1. 
8. Fill out the cancellation survey and click "Continue with Cancellation"
   1. 
9. Finally, check the box to acknowledge your cancellation and click "Process cancellation"
   1. 
10. If you see this screen, your cancellation was successful

11. You can review when your subscription and insurance coverage will lapse on the subscription page
