Help finding or requesting a certificate of insurance
Subscribed in the last 24 hours? Your Certificate of Insurance will be emailed to your Account Email within 24 hours of subscribing by our insurance partner, Keystone.
Troubleshooting
- Your certificate of currency is sent to your account email within 24 hours of subscribing. If you're not sure what your account email is, follow this guide to check.
- The email will come from Keystone (Ausmed's insurance partner) and include the certificate as a PDF attachment.
- If you no longer have access to the email, please update your email to one you control by following this guide and request a new certificate (steps below).
Request a certificate of insurance
- Email ausmed@shawinsurance.com.au with your name and address and you'll be given assistance to get a new certificate.
