Understanding task statuses

Status What it means
Not Started You haven’t begun this task yet
In Progress You’ve started the task but haven’t finished
Completed You’ve completed the task and it’s been logged
Missed You didn’t complete the item by its due date

What happens if you miss a due date?

  • The item will be marked as Missed in your Assigned Learning list
  • It may be escalated to your manager for follow-up
  • You may still be expected to complete the training, depending on your organisation’s process. In some cases, your manager may grant an extension or reassign the item with a new due date.
