# Login or activate your account

**Note:** If your invitation link has expired, please follow these instructions - 

- Firstly, check that you haven't already activated your account as this is likely the case.  
    - Go to: [www.ausmed.com.au/join/create-account](https://www.ausmed.com.au/join/create-account)
    - Enter your details
    - If your account is already active, this error message will display: *This email has already been taken*

If this happens - 

- Go to: [https://www.ausmed.com.au/sign-in](https://www.ausmed.com.au/sign-in)

- Enter your login details
- If you have forgotten your login details, select: Forgot username or password

If you're unsure -

- **[Contact Ausmed Learner Support](https://learnersupport.ausmed.com.au/support/kb-tickets/new?hsLang=en) -** we can check the status of your account, and resend your invitation link to you if required. We can also walk you through the account activation process.
- **Speak directly with your Manager -** they too can check the status of your account, and resend your invitation to you if required. You will receive another email with a link to activate your account.
