# Update the Ausmed CPD App
For the best experience, we recommend using the most up-to-date version of the Ausmed CPD App on your Android or Apple device. Installing the latest version may help fix problems when something's not working. You can easily update the app from your device’s app store.
### **Update the app - Apple**
1. Open the **AppStore** on your device.
2. Search for the “Ausmed - CPD App”, then click **Update**.

### **Update the app - Android**
1. Open **GooglePlay** on your device.
2. Search for the “Ausmed - CPD App”, then click **Update**.

**Tips for troubleshooting**
If you're having trouble downloading or updating the app:
- Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
