Log in to Ausmed

Learn how to log in to the Ausmed website or app

Log in to the Ausmed website

  1. Open a web browser and go to https://auth.ausmed.com.au/sign-in
    OR go to https://www.ausmed.com.au and click Log In in the top-right corner.
  2. Enter your Email or Username, then click Continue.

  3. Enter your Password. 

  4. If your email is associated with an organisation that uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you’ll either:

    • Be automatically routed to your organisation’s SSO login page, or

    • Be prompted to select which organisation you belong to if you’re linked to multiple.

  5. If your account is not set up for SSO, enter your password when prompted.

  6. Click Log In to access your account.

🔐 Forgotten your login details? Click Forgot username or password? on the login screen to reset your password via email.

Log in to the Ausmed App

  1. Download the Ausmed App.
  2. Open the app on your device.
  3. Tap Log in.
  4. Enter your Username or Email and Password, then tap Log in. 

🔐 Forgotten your login details? Click Forgot login details? on the login screen to reset your password via email.

⚠️ Single Sign-On (SSO) is not supported on the Ausmed App. If your account requires SSO, please log in via the website instead.
